LogiPlan is based out of Lake Mary, FL and they help plan meetings and events throughout the world. They help partner with vendors and venues to create a memorable experience for their clients. Their team has more than two decades of experience in the event planning industry, and the owner, Becky, has 16+ years in the industry. The ladies at LogiPlan have coined themselves (rightly) as meeting planner super.

Their services range from their Sidekick Service where the Superheros will “create a unique service solution for those clients seeking an extension to their own internal planning team.” They also have a Superhero Service where they will assist a business with an event. This service is where their “specialized team can jump in where needed, and supply the missing piece to your successful program”. Lastly, they offer a Superhero Team Service. This is the mother of all programs and offerings. “This all-inclusive service offering provides our clients with peace of mind.  Allow our team to manage all of your program logistics and rest easy knowing that every detail will be covered.”

LogiPlan’s website looked good but needed to be rebuilt using custom code

Their website was built in WordPress using a store-bought theme that….had some issues. While the website looked nice, it had parts starting to break, which happens after about a year when building a website using a store-bought theme. These types of site themes usually have a host of licensing issues after year one that makes it difficult to upkeep (which is why we don’t do that!).

When we first spoke with LogiPlan they had a great website. It was professionally designed by a graphic designer who gave their company a harmonious theme throughout. The color palette was beautiful and worked well. The issue really lied in the store bought theme’s licensing on the carousel. It had stopped working and because of the ridiculous manner in which the theme was written, it was necessary to totally gut it and re-write the website code.

We made a clone of the existing site and removed the badly-written code that was causing functional issues throughout the site. What they got was a professionally designed site through and through.
